ELECTION DUTY!

Posted by Vinoth Subramanian | Tuesday, May 03, 2016 Categories: , , , , ,

It was March, marching towards the summer. A shock was waiting for me. Election time had begun to boil everything in Tamilnadu. Our bank started selecting people from each branch. A mail had come. I wasn’t aware of anything till my manager started conversing with Anitha ma’am in the lunch break.

“Who are you sir?” Partha Saradhi sir looked at Mr. Kannan and enquired.
“I am Kannan, service engineer, working in general administrative department. I just came to drop him.”
“You may go sir. We’ll take care of him.”
He left.
“So, you’re Vinoth. Am I Right?”
“Yes sir.”
“We’ve got a complaint from general administrative department that you can’t work without system. So, we transfer you.” He casually said.

“Pack my belongings. Let me come to leave. This must be my last day in this house.” I told my mother and hanged the bag on my shoulder.

The day (02-09-2015) had arrived for me to proceed. We picked out the file from the bag, which was filled with certificates. It was not heavy to carry. At the same time, I had to carry some expectations and excitements with me.

THOSE FOURTEEN DAYS. (1)

Posted by Vinoth Subramanian | Monday, December 14, 2015 Categories: , , , ,

From 1st September 2015 to 14th September 2015.
Every journey begins to halt somewhere. And, every halt sets up a new journey. For some travelers, it’s mandatory. For some travelers, it’s an option. For few, it’s fun. For few, it’s an experience. But, for me it was a search. A real search. I thought I was traveling from learning to earning. I was traveling from nothing to something. I was traveling from questions to answers.
